A quick note-
Tommorow( April 1) we are starting our Safarie!!!
Looking forward to that.
Yeasterday we spent a day on a cultural tour of the Wa-Arusha tribe.We did a lot of walking thru the village. Saw and visited two schools -elementary and secondary-,saw a home of one of the residents. She lived there with a cow ,a goat and goat, and had a fire pit in the middle of the floor . It was very hot and smokey inside. the village does quite well as they all work together- to build schools and support orphans. they rely on donations from tourist as well.
Lot of lush trees and plants!

    How is the Safari going? I'll bet you are seeing unbelievable sights, which will make for some interesting stories for you to tell when you get back home. Take lots of pictures too. Take care of each other. Until next time.

    Hi Donna & Helen,
    We just got back from Mazatlan & Mesa. Sitting here reading all your reflections in the blog from beginning. OOh! Such a wonderful trip, I do so envy your journey. That will be one long jammy night Donna so we will try to find some Primus to keep your throat moist. Aah! Wine will do it as I know you are not fussy as long as the dring is wet and has some punch.
